Ruzasvir
Ruzasvir (MK-8408) is an orally active inhibitor for genotypic HCV nonstructural protein 5A (NS5A), which inhibits the replication of NS5A mutants GT1a, GT1a L31V, GT1a Y93H, GT2b, GT3a and GT4a with EC90 ranging from 0.003 to 0.067 nM. Ruzasvir exhibits good pharmacokinetic characters in rhesus monkey model[1].
