Shishijimicin B

Shishijimicin B is an active compound of the enediyne class. Shishijimicin B shows extremely potent cytotoxicity with IC50 values of 2.0-3.3 nM. Shishijimicin B has antitumor activity and can be used for the research of cancer[1]. Shishijimicin B is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
