Recognizes the rat CD25 cell surface antigen, a 55kD molecule that is the low affinity alpha chain of the IL-2 receptor. Recognizes a different epitope on CD25 to the OX39. Reported to block IL-2 induced cell proliferation using CD25 (Azide Free)(2).
