MAP2a,b,c (BSA & Azide Free) (Microtubule Associated Protein 2a,b,c) (HRP)

Highly specific to MAP2a,b,c and shows no crossreactivity with other MAPs, tau and tubulin. Recognizes MAP2a and MAP2b (~280kDa doublet) and MAP2c (70kDa). Its epitope maps in the first 151 amino acids of MAP2. Reacts with dendrites and cell bodies of neurons. Species Crossreactivity: Human, bovine, rat, Xenopus and quail.
