Phosphotyrosine (MaxLight 550)

Recognizes specifically with tyrosine phosphorylated proteins in the native or denatured states. It does not react with phosphoserine or phosphothreonine.(1) Binding of PY20 to phosphotyrosine containing proteins or peptides is inhibited by free phosphotyrosine. Species Crossreactivity: Recognition of phosphotyrosine in peptides or proteins is independent of species of origin.
