Platelet-Derived Endothelial Growth Factor (PD-ECGF, Platelet-Derived Endothelial Cell Growth Factor, Thymidine Phosphorylase, TYMP, ECGF1)-PE

This antibody recognizes the recombinant PD-ECGF/TP, cell lysates transfected with plasmid expressing PD-ECGF/TP cDNA, and endogenous PD-ECGF of carcinoma cell lines. This antibody also stains routinely processed formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Reactivity is confirmed with human breast carcinoma cells: MDA-MB-231, HT-29, and T47D via Western blot analysis.
