Species Crossreactivity: rat ileum homogenates and canine MDCK cell lysates by Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Reactivity has also been confirmed with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human normal colon and colon cancer tissues by Immunohistochemistry.
