It does not react with phosphoserine or phosphothreonine.(1) Binding of PY20 to phosphotyrosine containing proteins or peptides is inhibited by free phosphotyrosine. Species Crossreactivity: Recognition of phosphotyrosine in peptides or proteins is independent of species of origin.
