beta-Amyloid Protein 42, beta (Beta-amyloid Protein 42, Ab42) (HRP)

Recognizes human Beta Amyloid. Specifically binds to the aa37-42 region, and does not recognize full-length APP or the 40aa peptide processed from APP (AB40). It stains diffuse plaques found in the brain of Alzheimer's disease patients. It does not stain healthy brain tissue or other organs.
