Reacts with recombinant rat PSD-95 and identifies a band at approximately 95kD, corresponding to PSD-95, on immunoblots of rat brain, mouse brain and bovine brain extracts. Also present in rat brain and mouse brain tissue extracts are bands of approximately 80kD and 50kD. PSD-95 is believed to initiate NMDA receptor clustering on the post synaptic membrane. Species Reactivity: Rat, mouse and bovine.
