Collagen Type I (PE)

Recognizes human Collagen Type I. Reacts only with native, non-denatured Collegen 1. There is no evidence for crossreactivity with Collagen Types III, V or VI. Does not crossreact with the non-collagenous proteins human fibronectin, bovine elastin or mouse laminin. Species Crossreactivity: bovine, sheep, porcine, caprine and canine. Does not react with mouse, rat, guinea pig, ground squirrel, equine, kangaroo or chicken.
