Phospholipase C, gamma 1 (PLCg1) (AP)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding ddH2O and 40-50% glycerol. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes bovine PLCg-1 at ~135kD. May also react with some non-PLC g-1 SH-3 containing proteins(4). Species crossreactivity: rabbit, rat, mouse and human.
