Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight750 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Specificity
Recognizes human lambda light chain. Useful in identifying leukemias, plasmacytomas, and some non-Hodgkin's lymphomas.
