Glucagon-like Peptide 1 (GLP1) (MaxLight 750)

May be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human GLP1 (7-36), GLP1 (1-30), C-terminal specific. Does not crossreact with GLP2, GRPP, PYY, VIP, PHI, GIP, Glucagon or Oxyntomodulin. The stated amino acid sequence for the immunogen is found entirely intact in mouse GLP1.
