Collagen Type I (MaxLight 650)

May be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes both native and heat denatured human collagen type I. No crossreactivity with albumin fractions of human serum or albumins of other animal species. <5% binding to collagens II and III in ELISA, RIA or immunoblotting.
