Salmonella O Antigen (Group A, B and D) (MaxLight 550)

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes Antigen Determinant 0-12 of Salmonella O-antigens (A, B and D group). Strain Crossreactivity: Salmonella paratyphi, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enteriditis, Salmonella anatum and Salmonella selandia. Does not crossreact with: Salmonella cholerase, Salmonella newport, E. coli O55:B5, E. coli K12 and Klebsiella pneumonia
