Kribb3
Kribb3 is an inhibitor for microtubule. KRIBB3 inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells with GI50 of 0.2-2.5 μM, arrests cell cycle at G2/M phase, and induces apoptosis in HCT-116. Kribb3 exhibits antitumor activity in mouse models[1].
