MegaMix-Gold - w/ROX Reference Dye, 10 x 1 ml

MegaMIX Gold is a double concentrated mix ideal for Real-Time PCR. Simply add equal volumes of DNA, primers, fluorescent dye/probe and run the cycling profile. An initial step of 5 mins at 95º C is needed to denature the anti-Taq polymerase monoclonal antibodies and thus activate the Taq polymerase. Since the Taq polymerase is completely inactive at room temperature, it is not necessary to set the PCR samples on ice.
