Apoptone
Apoptone, synthetic analogue of 3β-androstanediol, is an orally bioavailable anticancer agent. Apoptone is active in rodent models of prostate and breast cancer[1]. Apoptone is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
