Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Specificity
Recognizes gamma-2 epitope inside Fc fragment of human IgG2, Fc-region specific. No crossreaction with human IgG1, IgG3, IgG4, IgA, IgM or IgE.
