Heat Shock Protein 25,27 (HSP25,27) (FITC)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.

Crossreaction with HSP25,27 from fish, chicken, rat, mouse, feline, canine, goat, porcine, bovine and human. The amino acid sequence homology between HSP 25 (mouse) and HSP 27 (human) is > 80%.
