For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive.

Recognizes human TSH. Crossreacts with LH and FSH <0.10%. Does not cross react with hCG.
