Respiratory Syncytial Virus, Long Strain (RSV) (AP)

Store product at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes a conformation dependent epitope on nucleoprotein of RSV. Reacts with mature RSV virions with completely assembled nucleocapsids, but does not recognize incomplete virions. Does not react with Influenza A (H1N1), Influenza A (H3N2), Influenza B, Parainfluenza 1, 2, 3 and Adenovirus.
