Escherichia coli, O157 (E. coli) (HRP)

May be stored at 4 degree C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degree C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. Recognizes the "O" antigen of E. coli serotype O157. Cross-Reactivities: Salmonella O30 (hilversum) and Salmonella O30 (urbana). Non-reactive with E. coli serotypes O111, O125, O20 and O55.
