Encephalitis, Japan, Nakayama (Biotin)

Store product at 4 degree C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degree C. Aliquots are stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes epitope E-8 on the E protein of Japanese Encephalitis Virus (Nakayama). Crossreactivity: St. Louis encephalitis (MSI-7), West Nile (EG 101) and Murray Valley encephalitis. Does not crossreact with Yellow Fever or Dengue Virus.
