For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive.

Specific for a 37kD early antigen of HHV-6, Strain A. Does not recognize Strain B.
