Glucagon-like Peptide 1 (GLP1) (AP)

May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.

Recognizes human GLP1 (7-36), GLP1 (1-30), C-terminal specific. Does not crossreact with GLP2, GRPP, PYY, VIP, PHI, GIP, Glucagon or Oxyntomodulin. The stated amino acid sequence for the immunogen is found entirely intact in mouse GLP1.
