MHC Class 1, HLA E (Azide Free)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Reacts with the denatured heavy chain of the non-classical MHC class I HLA-E molecule. Does not detect native HLA-E by flow cytometry and does not crossreact with HLA-A, -B, -C or G.
