HCV, NS3 (Nonstructural Protein 3)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes HCV NS3 (genotype 1a and 1b) (epitope mapped to NS3 aa 160-193), recognizes NS3 alone or the NS3-4A complex. Does not cross-react with HCV NS3 (genotype 2a). t
