ER-076349 (Eribulin intermediate) is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization, induces G2-M cell cycle arrest, and disrupts mitotic spindles. ER-076349 inhibits cancer cell growth, and inhibits tumor growth in several human tumor xenografts. ER-076349 is an analog of Halichondrin B[1].
