3-Cyano-7-ethoxycoumarin

3-Cyano-7-ethoxycoumarin is a fluorogenic substrate for cytochrome P450. It is metabolized to 3-cyano-7-hydroxycoumarin with an excitation/emission maxima of 408/450 nm, respectively. It can be used to quantify the activity of cytochrome P450-dependent mixed function oxidase.
