Boc-Asp (OBzl) -CMK is an inhibitor for IL-1 converting enzyme (ICE, caspase1) . Boc-Asp (OBzl) -CMK prevents death of CHP100 neuroblastoma cell, and IL-1β release elicited by the viral coat protein[1].
