LY-2409881

LY-2409881 is a potent and selective inhibitor of IκB kinase β (IKK2; IC50 = 30 nM). It inhibits IKK1 and other common kinases only at ≥10-fold higher concentrations. LY2-409881 inhibits constitutively activated NF-κB, and causes concentration- and time-dependent growth inhibition and apoptosis in lymphoma cells.
