Ancitabine (hydrochloride)
Ancitabine hydrochloride is the precursor of the anticancer agent Cytarabine (HY-13605), which targets targets related to cell metabolism and proliferation. Ancitabine hydrochloride can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, interfere with the DNA synthesis process of tumor cells, and prevent cell division. Under alkaline pH conditions, Ancitabine hydrochloride can be quantitatively converted into Cytarabine and can be used in the study of cancers such as colorectal cancer[1][2].
