Kasugamycin
Kasugamycin (Ksg) is an antibiotic which binds both the 30S and 70S ribosome but not isolated 50S subunits. Kasugamycin mimics mRNA nucleotides to destabilize tRNA binding and inhibit canonical translation initiation[1].
