Rovatirelin
Rovatirelin is an orally active thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) analog. Rovatirelin binds to the human TRH receptor with a Ki value of 702 nM. Rovatirelin can be used to study spinocerebellar degeneration (SCD) [1].
