MitoBright Deep Red Probe Assay Kit

MitoBright Deep Red Probe is a lipophilic, deep red fluorescent probe that is cell membrane permeable and can cross the cell membrane of living cells by passive diffusion, resulting in enrichment within mitochondria.

As an indicator of fluorescent staining of intact mitochondria in living cells; It can be used for mitochondrial flow cytometry, multi-drug resistance identification and determination of mitochondrial mass change during apoptosis.
