8-Bromoadenosine
8-Bromoadenosine is an adenosine analog. Adenosine analogs mostly act as smooth muscle vasodilators and have also been shown to inhibit cancer progression. 8-Bromoadenosine can quench the intrinsic fluorescence of human serum albumin (HSA) through static quenching procedure. 8-Bromoadenosine can be used to synthesize adenosine phosphate, such as Acadesine (HY-13417), Clofarabine (HY-A0005), Fludarabine phosphate (HY-B0028) and Vidarabine (HY-B0277) [1][2].
