α-Glucosidase-IN-74 (Compound 7d), an isatin-thiazole derivative, is a α-glucosidase inhibitor. α-Glucosidase-IN-74 exhibits antidiabetic activity by decreasing glycaemia and triglyceride levels in Streptozotocin -induced diabetic animals[1].
