Sp-8-PIP cAMP
Sp-8-PIP cAMP sodium is a non-corresponding isomer of 8-Piperidino-cAMP. 8-Piperidino-cAMP binds with high affinity to site A of the regulatory subunit of cAMP-dependent protein kinase type I (AI) . Sp-8-PIP cAMP sodium can be used as an antagonist of cAMP-induced activation[1].
