Pomalidomide, a derivative of thalidomide, is an inhibitor TNF-α production (1), enhances the activity of T cells and natural killer cells and enhances antibody- dependent cellular cytotoxicity. It also may inhibit tumor angiogenesis, and promote cell cycle arrest (2).
