SB216763
GSK-3 kinase inhibitor
Product Specifications
Background
SB216763 is a potent and selective glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) inhibitor. It inhibits both human GSK-3α and GSK-3β. SB216763 has been shown to stimulate glycogen synthesis in human liver cells and mimic other actions of insulin. SB216763 is cell-permeable and ATP-competitive.
