Roscovitine
P34/cdc2 inhibitor
Product Specifications
Background
Roscovitine is a potent and selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs). It is specifically selective for CDK1/cyclin B kinase, CDK2 and CDK5/p35. It inhibits M phase promoting factor kinase activity and affects calcium channel gating. It also stimulates neuronal growth.
