6BIO
PDK1 kinase inhibitor
Product Specifications
Background
6BIO is an inhibitor of phosphoinositide-dependent kinase 1 (PDK1), and a potent, reversible and ATP-competitive inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase-3α/β (GSK-3α/β). It maintains self-renewal and pluripotency in embryonic stem cells via activation of the Wnt signaling pathway.
