Background
SKF-96365 is a selective inhibitor of receptor mediated Ca2+ entry and voltage-gated Ca2+ entry (1). It has also been shown o inhibit cytochrome P-450 mediated reactions (1,2), and reversibly activates non-selective cation channels in human endotherlial cells (1,3).
