G6PD Antibody (pTyr401) : FITC

Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) is a key enzyme in the pentose phosphate pathway, responsible for generating NADPH—an essential cofactor for antioxidant defense and redox homeostasis in neurons. A 1:250 dilution of SPC-986 was sufficient for detection of G6PD (pTyr401) in 10 µg of HeLa cell lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
