G6PD Antibody (pTyr401) : Biotin

A 1:250 dilution of SPC-986 was sufficient for detection of G6PD (pTyr401) in 10 µg of HeLa cell lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
