CDK10 Antibody (pThr196)

CDK10 is a serine/threonine kinase involved in regulating the G2-M phase of the cell cycle. Although historically studied in the context of cellular proliferation, recent evidence suggests CDK10 may also influence neuronal differentiation, cytoskeletal dynamics, and transcriptional regulation. Phosphorylation at threonine 196 (pThr196) is critical for CDK10 activation and function. In neurons, dysregulation of CDK10 activity may disrupt cell cycle re-entry, a pathological hallmark observed in several neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease. As a modulator of both cell cycle and transcriptional machinery, CDK10 represents a novel candidate for investigating the molecular underpinnings of neurodegeneration.

A 1:250 dilution of SPC-939 was sufficient for detection of CDK10 (pThr196) in 10 µg of HeLa cell lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
