PI3Kδ-IN-20 (compound (S)-36) is a potent inhibitor of PI3Kδ, with the IC50 of 6.4 nM. PI3Kδ-IN-20 has oral bioactivity. PI3Kδ-IN-20 shows significant suppression of cell proliferation and remarkable induction of apoptosis both in vitro and in vivo[1].
