Glutathione arsenoxide (GSAO) TFA is a potential anticancer agent and a tumour metabolism inhibitor. Glutathione arsenoxide TFA targets Mitochondrial endomycin nucleotide transferase (ANT) . Glutathione arsenoxide TFA causes cell proliferation arrest and cell death. Glutathione arsenoxide TFA can be used to identify cell-surface proteins, such as Protein disulphide isomerase[1][2].
